Commenting on the potential of Qatari professionals who complete QLC's leadership programs, His Excellency Dr. Abdulla bin Ali Al-Thani, Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of QLC, noted: "The training, activities, and events are designed to equip participants with the skillset and expertise needed to take on challenges and seize opportunities pertaining to Qatar and the region at large." HE Dr. Al Thani concluded by praising the dedication of participants: "In addition to their demanding jobs, QLC's participants value the importance of lifelong learning, and are committed to serving Qatar. This drives them to allocate time from their busy schedules to enhance their abilities at QLC."

Active in a range of sectors, industries and organizations, Qatari professionals taking part in the leadership programs provided by QLC are encouraged to apply their learnings to contribute to the economic, social, human as well as environmental goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.
