New categories added to recognise the achievements of agents in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates
Highlights include:

November 28th, Dubai: The quest to find the UAE’s most illustrious real estate brokerage, agent and developer is over.
The UAE’s top performing property brokerages, real estate agents, developers and who’s who of the industry gathered at The Armani Hotel in the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, on Wednesday (November 27th) to honour the winners of the hotly contested Property Finder Real Estate Awards 2019.
The event, attended by prominent industry stakeholders and senior government officials, showcased the work done in the UAE real estate market over the course of this year. The ceremony was attended by Muhammad Hammad, Senior Director, Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
Michael Lahyani, Founder and CEO of Property Finder, said: “We will all remember 2019 as a year of fundamental changes and developments in the real estate industry but also one presenting an excellent opportunity for all of us. In the UAE, there is a continuous commitment to improve and amend regulations to meet the demands of the market. Property Finder received more nominations than ever for the sixth edition of the Awards, with one in four agencies in the country applying. The winners were chosen after months of meticulous deliberation by a panel of eminent judges comprising property professionals. Winners were selected based on a variety of criteria across the 11 categories, with a heavy focus on those real estate companies which have invested in market best practices and customer service.
By awarding the country’s top talent, the Awards help propel the real estate industry forward in its pursuit of excellence, transparency and best practice. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies and professionals operating in the property industry and are considered a mark of excellence.
The Awards are highly insightful for consumers as it helps them identify the best agents and brokerages in the country to entrust their house hunting or selling journey. Winning one of these Awards proves that the individual or agency has the necessary qualities and professional work ethics to set them apart from competitors in the UAE property market. This is an award that can be used as part of their decision-making process.
There were 11 categories for the Awards, attended by over 450 guests. Some new categories were added to honour the achievements of real estate agents in Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. The winners and runners-up are:
