Saudi Prince al-Walid Bin Talal Bin Abdul Aziz al-Saud arrives in Mauritius tonight for a 3-day visit on the Indian Ocean Island, approximately 855 kilometres off the east coast of Madagascar.
The Prince, who arrived in his private jet and accompanied by 33 persons, was welcomed at the SSR International Airport by Mauritius vice Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Xavier-Luc Duval.
Duval invited Al-Walid when he undertakes a Road Show in the Mideast in March which brought him to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Dubai.
Prince Al-Walid bin Talal will also have courtesy calls on Prime Minister Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam, President of the Republic Sir Anerood Jugnauth.
Al-Walid, who is the owner of Kingdom Hotel Investments and has shares in Movenpick and Four Seasons, is looking for investment in the palm-fringed island's.
