Recent Growth Signals Development Opportunities Across the Middle East
Dubai, 4th February 2008: P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd., a Hong Kong based international company employing over 1,100 staff around the world, have recently expanded their operation at Dubai Health Care Centre (DHCC) free zone, recruiting additional staff and increasing the company's office space to service the increasing number of projects across the Middle East.

In 2004, P&T was firmly established in the UAE, winning a number of high profile projects including City of Arabia, one of the largest private development projects in the region and a key part of Dubailand. This major win was followed by a massive residential development in Ajman on the Corniche, distinctive projects and towers in Abu Dhabi, a tower in Dubai Business Bay, hotels in Ras Al Khaimah and recently developments in Dubai Maritime City. P&T are now working in five out of the seven Emirates of the UAE.
P&T brings a highly talented locally based team of creative and experienced professionals to work on a diverse range of products including landmark buildings and complex developments across the UAE, backed by the full resources of the group in Asia.
P&T is Hong Kong based and the firm's origins date back to Palmer and Turner established there in 1868. In1982 the P&T Group was formed to enable expansion in both disciplines and areas of service.
