Anniversary Falls in Line with 140 Year Milestone of the Global International Architects Firm
Dubai, 21st January 2009: P&T Architects and Engineers Ltd., a leading international multi-disciplinary firm company employing over 1,500 staff around the world, rated 12th largest Architectural group in the world, today announced two key milestones - its 5th successful year in Dubai and the Company's 140th global anniversary.
P&T has been actively involved in the Middle East since 1998. Since establishing an office in Dubai in 2004, P&T oversees projects, such as the City of Arabia, one of the largest private development projects in the region and a key part of Dubailand. In line with the Company's commitment to the Middle East region, P&T has actively pursued and continues to spearhead projects in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Ajman and RAK and regionally in Bahrain, Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the UAE, P&T continues to grow from strength to strength, with 110 employees in Dubai and an office of 25 in Abu Dhabi. There will be consolidation in growth this year due to the current economic downturn globally but P&T is committed to provide the best Architectural service in the region for many years to come.

About P & T's Milestones in the Middle East
In 2004, P&T was firmly established in the UAE, winning a number of high profile projects including City of Arabia, one of the largest private development projects in the region and a key part of Dubailand.
In 2005 started design of 3 high-rise residential towers in the City of Arabia
In 2006 P&T started design of a substantial high rise development in Ajman on the Corniche. The project comprises 7 linked high rise residential blocks over 50-storeys. In the same year P&T began design work on the First Abu Dhabi Shams residential project on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
In 2007 opened an office in Abu Dhabi P&T started working on the Al Dana project in Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi and two hotels in the Mina Al Arab resort in Ras Al Khaimah.
In 2008 the company opened an expanded office in Abu Dhabi and began working on developments in the City of Lights in Al Reem island in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai on Dubai Maritime City.
