Leading Open Source distributor to share new Red Hat offerings including JBoss and Red Hat Exchange with Middle East corporate end users and channel partners
United Arab Emirates, 22 July 2007: Opennet Middle East & Africa, the Master Distributor and Certified Training Centre for Red Hat Linux products in GCC, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, and all African French-speaking countries, has announced that it will be participating alongside its vendor, Red Hat on Stand A6-11 in Hall 6. Opennet will use the opportunity to meet its existing channel partners and customers to update them on new products and technology available from Red Hat including JBoss, RHEL 5.0 and Red Hat Exchange (RHX).

Opennet (representing Red Hat) will also be participating in a special debate, Build or Buy being organized by Dubai World Trade Centre. The debate that will be held on 9th September (day 2) is aimed at discussing the pros and cons of corporate organizations developing their own software and will involve some of the leading software vendors and IT developers around the region. These are part of the new Gitex conferences being introduced this year.
Opennet will also have its trainers and certified professionals available for consultancy on the company's Red Hat training and certification courses and professional services.
