Achieving the Cisco Gold Partner certification indicates that Ooredoo Business, the trusted technology partner for business solutions, meets the rigorous global standards set out by Cisco. The official evaluation criteria cover networking competency, service, support, and customer satisfaction. In every technical activity area under scrutiny, Ooredoo Kuwait’s provision was found to meet the high standards required.
