To measure customers satisfaction and enhance their experience

Muscat : 7th October 2013: Inline with the Company's efforts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, Omantel - the pioneer integrated communications provider in the Sultanate launched customers satisfaction survey. The survey which kicked of last week will enable Omantel to receive first hand feedback from customers which will be invaluable tool to enhance the services rendered to customers.

This program is part of the larger "Customer 1st" initiative launched earlier and consists of different programs with an overall objective of providing the best customer experience to Omantel customers through all touch points.

The survey will be in both English and Arabic languages to ensure that we reach all our valuable customers" Al Siyabia further noted.

"To make it fun, smooth and close to our customers, every customer who fills into the survey will get a chance of entering to 3 Galaxy S4 LTE draws which will take place on the 24th of October, 24th November and 24th December 2013.
