Abyaar Intends delivering Olgana Tower During the Fourth Quarter of 2017
Abyaar Real Estate Development Company announced proceeding with the construction work of Olgana Tower, with a total completion rate of 60%. The tower consists of 43 storeys and reaches a height of 172.9 meters.
On this occasion, Abyaar Chairman of the Board of Directors, Marzouq Al-Rashdan stated that Abyaar is devoting its efforts to finalize Olgana tower. In which the concrete work has been completed and the façade work is being implemented in full swing. Al-Rashan also pointed out that the interior plasterwork is under construction and is going according to schedule.
Al-Rashdan then specified that the construction work of Olgana is anticipated to be finalized and delivered during the last quarter of 2017. Where Abyaar’s management is looking forward to the delivery of Olgana’s units, according to the delivery schedule. This in return reinforces customers’ and investors’ confidence in the company.
