OKI Printing Solutions revolutionise A3 printing with the C8600: half the size of competitive units and at almost half the price

Dubai-UAE, 31st January 2007 - OKI Printing Solutions, the global colour printing solutions leader, has virtually halved the cost of printing A3 colour documents in the Middle East with the launch of the C8600 - a new generation of A3 business colour printers that makes big, impactful colour truly accessible to many businesses, particularly SMBs, for the first time.

The size and price advantages that the C8600 haven't come at the expense of performance: the machine can print 28 pages per minute in colour and 32 pages in mono. Furthermore, the C8600 utilises OKI's ProQ imaging technology found in the company's high-end graphic printers to deliver unsurpassed colour print quality for less than  35 Fils per page at 5% coverage. Continuing its quality advantages, the C8600 prints at a higher resolution and with greater accuracy than many of its A3 competitors thanks to Oki's unique LED technology and high definition micro-crushed toner.

Users will also benefit from the value-add 'in-the-box' extras, including the latest Template Manager software which further assists businesses in quickly and effectively developing a greater range of creative documents without having to struggle with settings and testing different media. Template Manager is a key asset for small businesses wanting to replace outsourced short run printing tasks such as business cards, newsletters, tent cards and other print jobs.
