A new brand consultancy called grow is launching in Qatar to provide quality creativity and strategic thinking to companies in Qatar who are ready to grow their profits, market share, earnings and potential.

grow is a full-service communications agency delivering creative advertising and design solutions to add value to brands and grow business. The company's philosophy is simple growing your brand IS growing your business!.

"We want grow to help Qatari companies find their voice and articulate their positioning.

However the brand needs to be expressed, whether it is advertising, brand development, graphic design, corporate literature or annual reports, grow brings a wealth of international experience to meet their communication needs," says Anthony Ryman, Managing Director.

"And we're right here in Doha!"

At grow he has appointed Rico de Guzman, an award-winning American Creative Director from Chicago who has spent the last 10 years in Tokyo working for leading Japanese blue-chip companies such as Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Toyota, IBM, Fidelity and Merrill Lynch.

"We want to be able to offer a complete full creative service for companies in Qatar and the Middle East region", says Anthony Ryman, "focusing on the brand at the centre of communications. You've got to have a "BIG IDEA" or brand story. It's got to be real, believable

and true. And your promise must reflect the customer experience. That's how you grow successful brands. Otherwise customers will walk away. How you communicate your brand on its journey to the customer and their experience of your brand is what grow is all about."

"Many people think that branding is just about slapping on a logo", but as Fortune Magazine said in 1997, "in the 21st century, branding ultimately will be the only unique differentiator between companies."
