City, national and international law firm Trowers & Hamlins is pleased to announce that Kashif Siddiqui has joined the firm as a partner in the Corporate department. With previous experience at Allen & Overy in London and the Middle East, Kashif specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint venture transactions, and restructurings. He has a particular focus on outbound investment from the Middle East and considerable experience managing complex international transactions.
Kashif has significant corporate expertise and has acted for a number of the bulge-bracket investment banks and multi-national companies. He has also advised clients on a number of restructuring transactions.
