United Arab Emirates - H.E Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman, Emirates Bank Group, recently inaugurated the regions first EMV Certified Personalisation Centre at Network International.
Network International, the pioneer in third party processing services, is the first independent vendor certified by both Visa & MasterCard for card payments in the Middle East.
Both Visa & MasterCard follow a rigorous system of EMV Certification processing covering all components in a smart card solution, namely-chip, card, operating system and application software, terminals, personalization of cards, network interface validation & terminal integration. Getting certified implies that Network International is compliant with the guidelines laid down by the Card Schemes and can now personalize the full spectrum of VSDC/MCHIP cards.
