In the UAE there are no minimum qualification standards prescribed for the profession. With over 25,000 retail bankers in the UAE, enhancing and evolving the required skills with high level certification will help differentiate individual bankers in a competitive market; help graduates position themselves strongly amongst their peers, and through training improve the quality of advice shared that will impact customer service ratings positively.
These programs have been accepted by over 100 banks across the world including many UAE Banks. As a leader in the training and recruitment industry in the UAE for the last 35 years, NADIA Global is at the forefront of bringing world-class training and certification to the Gulf region. The new courses are exam-based and conducted online with additional classroom sessions to achieve certification by RBA International to help individuals at all levels differentiate themselves. Whether they plan to join the retail banking industry or have worked in the industry for many years, the tiered courses will provide training that will improve performance, accountability and customer service.
The CRB programme is the only one of its kind in the world that makes it possible for retail bankers to embark on a structured certification programme that covers every aspect of the industry end to end. The courses are online with some classroom-based modules to reinforce key pillars of the programme. Students will require six months to complete a programme, spending approximately seven hours per week on study. Examination is done through proctoring using a designated computer configured to the examination conditions. The courses are designed based on the candidates’ seniority and number of years’ experience they have:
- Retail Banking I: for Entry level or one to two years of experience
- Retail Banking II: for Retail Bankers with five years of experience
- Retail Banking III: for Retail Bankers with ten years of experience
