Dubai, UAE – 06 July, 2003 – My-Siemens, the community for Siemens mobile users, today announced the second My-Siemens in Motion Party. Scheduled for July 10 at Dubai’s latest hotspot Oxygen, the party will be the third in the series of live events since the launch of the community in February and will feature the first performance by Danny Rampling in the Gulf region. Rampling is one of the world’s most famous disc jockeys and a leading figure in the British house music scene.
While working in the clubs at Ibiza in the 1980s, he discovered the sound of the Balearics and brought it back to the UK. Rampling, best known for his work in promoting the party island Ibiza and for his mix album ‘Club Nation’ is reportedly eager to satisfy his fans on this side of the world.
“We are excited to present Rampling’s first event in the region,” said Asim Sukhera, head of Siemens Mobile Phones Middle East. “He represents the same youthful energy and vibrancy as that of My-Siemens members.” Catering to the diversity of tastes of the community, My-Siemens also recently welcomed Bally Sagoo’s familiar beats to scene to Dubai.

The countdown for the show is already underway with ‘My-Siemens in Motion’ being promoted on EFM, an official sponsor of the event. The build up to the evening will include several exciting radio competitions giving away Siemens mobiles phones as prizes.
