Dubai, UAE - Micro Automation Industries, a Dubai-based manufacturer and premium member of the Dubai SME 100, was recognised in the recent 'Arabia500 Awards' as among the fastest growing private companies in the Middle East.
Presented by AllWorld Network, an international body that identifies fast-growing private companies, with a focus on creating jobs and opportunities for entrepreneurs worldwide, the Arabia500 Awards was held alongside the recent Global Entrepreneurship Summit- Entrepreneurial Ventures of Arabia (GES-EVA), under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai. Micro Automation was among the selected premium members of Dubai SME and few UAE companies to be awarded by Arabia500.
This latest recognition is timely as Micro Automation celebrates its 10 years of operation in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) along with expanding its manufacturing facility to cater the growing demand for power protection products in the region. The bigger facility serves as a hub for engineering, prototyping and developing of its products.
The Arabia500 Awards by AllWorld Network put promising private companies on the world map by attracting new investors, customers, growth partners and talent. According to the AllWorld Network, the GDP of the Arabia500 companies is greater than that of 50 countries combined and they collectively employ over 100,000 people with 60 percent annual growth reported.
Micro Automation's other awards from previous years include the 'Number 1 in Innovation for 2011' by the Dubai SME 100; 'Technology Company of the Year' by Arabian Business Achievement Awards 2008 and 'Best Hardware Product' for Powermatic at the Arab Golden Chip Award 2008.
