Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Meraas has announced the winners of its first annual brokers awards at a ceremony held at the Yacht Club at Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai on Jumeira Bay, on Sunday evening.

The Meraas Brokers Awards were created to recognise the impact leading real estate brokers have had on the industry in Dubai, and the ceremony coincided with an exclusive sales event for the residences at Bluewaters – a family-oriented island neighbourhood by Meraas.

Rashid Al Sharif, Chief Sales Officer at Meraas, said: “In connecting potential homebuyers with their dream homes, our brokers are playing an important, yet understated role, in helping Dubai achieve its ambitions of becoming the happiest city in the world. Mr Al Sharif presented plaques to representatives from the 28 winning brokerages across four categories – Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite.

The Silver Award recognises a commitment to customer service and a consistent sales record, while Gold Award winners have also strengthened the Meraas brand. Brokers that fall into the Platinum Award category have established and maintained best practices that are on par with international standards.

The Elite Award is a lifetime achievement award given for outstanding contributions to the real estate industry. Elite brokers will have met all the criteria for other categories, while generating a specific new, repeat and referred business.

Elite category winners included FAM Real Estate Broker, Ali Al Haj Real Estate Broker Vakson Real Estate LLC, Excel Real Estate, Al Fajer Star Real Estate, Dream Catcher Real Estate Brokers and Core Real Estate Brokers LLC. Aliff Real Estate Brokers won the Platinum award, while Prima Luxury Real Estate Brokers, Blue Palace Real Estate Brokers, Dhaman Real Estate LLC, AMA Real Estate LLC, LXT Real Estate Brokers and Excel Real Estate won the Gold Award.

The Silver category winners comprised Unique Properties Brokers, Driven Properties LLC, Alruwad Real Estate, H&H Investment & Development LLC, Property Network Broker, Eastern Real Estate, Apollo Real Estate Broker, Al Fehaidi Real Estate Est, Osloob Real Estate LLC, Fortune 5 Real Estate Broker LLC, Al Muttawa Real Estate, Midmac Real Estate, Almuraqabat Real Estate, Castles Plaza Real Estate and Tamleek Real Estate Co. LLC.
