Dubai, UAE: Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS), a key player in the growing real estate development industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has signed an agreement with MSKANK, a reputable housing cooperative Society that works to provide the necessary housing and services for residential communities.
Under the agreement, Maximiliano will provide full development services for “Mskank” residential projects, which include planning, design and land development, financial and design studies, project management, implementation program management, and all marketing and sales services plans and execution.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Abdul Rahman Al Sharif, CEO of “Mskank” Society, and Dr. Nermin Bin Othaimeen, board member of (MDMS).
“We are pleased and honored to be signing this agreement with Mskank which demonstrated the cooperation between the private and cooperative sectors to support the Saudi Vision 2030. MDMS and Mskank share the same mission raising the quality of life of Saudi nationals by providing residences that combines ease and luxury. We look forward to the successful completion of our projects,” adds Dr. Othaimeen.
Mskank also provides services to the construction sector by following the cooperative principles and the state's economic and social development plan at competitive prices and high quality.
MDMS works closely with the National Housing Company to develop housing projects for Saudi citizens. It has cooperated with private sector developers in partnership with the National Housing Company.
MDMS has recently launched special architectural designs for the Sumou House project in Jeddah. The Sumou House residential project is part of the "Sakani" program of the Ministry of Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
MDMS also handled the engineering, design, construction including marketing and promotion of the Rawas inn residential project in KSA resulting in 99% of the project units being sold. They also carried out marketing and sales for the Al-Wouroud City residential project, one of the biggest residential projects in the country. Its team is composed mainly of Saudi nationals, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, who are experts in the design, engineering and construction fields.
