(NYSE: MFE) has announced the appointment of COMPUTERLINKS, one of the leading IT distributors globally, as a Value Added Distributor (VAD) for the Middle East and Africa region. Moving forwards, COMPUTERLINKS will work with a comprehensive range of McAfee solutions, primarily in the areas of data protection and risk and compliance, and will also deliver training, support and professional services to McAfee's resellers across the Middle East.

The main objective of this partnership is to extend McAfee's presence and solutions across different markets in the region. COMPUTERLINKS will be actively expanding and building upon McAfee's existing channel network by recruiting local partners across the region, providing regional expertise and know-how. COMPUTERLINKS also brings to McAfee its strong industry reputation and established relationships, and a proven track record of working with key decision makers in the enterprise and corporate sectors.
