Dubai, February 10, 2009: Following the orders of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai to distribute land to citizens, the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment announced 70 new land beneficiaries.

Mr. Sami Gargash, Duty Manager Director at Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) said:

"At MBRHE, we follow the guidelines of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Establishment is working hard to meet the housing related requests of UAE nationals in Dubai that meet the establishment's requirements."

"We strive to allocate land and grant housing loans to citizens registered with the establishment. Our priority goes to citizens who meet these conditions. The current allocation of 70 plots of land is in addition to the thousands of other plots the Establishment allocated in 2008."

Gargash urged all registered citizens to update their database at the Establishment to maintain their rights in receiving an approval for their requests.

MBRHE is now communicating with the relevant authorities to start allocating the 70 pieces to their beneficiaries.
