MB Holding Group, one of the fastest growing multinational oilfield services companies in the Middle East recently launched its first e-learning programmein collaboration with XpertLearning, the region's largest online Learning, Talent and Performance consultancy. The intervention branded iLearn, iDevelop, iGrow was inaugurated by Sharifa Al Harthy, Vice Chairperson, MB Holding Company in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Al Barwani, Chairman, MB Holding Company. XpertLearning's Co-Founder and Executive Director, Paul Michael Gledhill and other senior professionals from both XpertLearning and MB Holding participated in the launch event.
XpertLearning is known in the industry for customising interventions aligned to the culture and dynamics of the organisation concerned. With that tradition, XpertLearning's consultants helped map about 1000 learning assets of varied formats including digital books, videos and online courses to the requirements of MB Holdings employees. The iLearn, iDevelop, iGrow programmethus offers access to extremely relevant training curriculum outside traditional classroom setting allaccessible online through interfaces such as desktops, laptops or tablets.

In its first phase, this initiative is a pilot project where 600 employees will be randomly selected. Following this, as part of the second phase, the programmewill be rolled out to all employees.
