Experts from Japan, experienced service men, a bevy of cars, amazing offers on parts and labour is what symbolised the successful completion of the first leg of the Mazda Service drive in the capital last week.
Mazda flew in some of its best engineers and experts from Japan for the service drive. In the first phase, customers registered their concerns. From there, the cars graduated to the second phase where the experts undertook a thorough mechanical check on the cars. And customers received a final diagnosis of their cars towards the end.
Based on the advice of the Mazda experts, customers were recommended to bring their vehicles back to Mazda workshops for any parts changes or services required. Mazda Service Drive 2011 also ensured that all Mazda vehicles that drove in would get a free Total engine oil top-up, and Bridgestone tyre check-up and advice.
The second leg of the Service Drive is scheduled on 26th and 27th February (8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm); and in Nizwa on 28th February and 1st March (8am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm).
