Higher and safer than any conventional forklift, the JCB Teletruck has already found eager customers in Qatar
Doha, Qatar - 15th April 2008 - Mannai HED, the Heavy Equipment Division of Mannai Trading Co and exclusive importer of JCB equipment in Qatar, recently introduced a radical new forklift that will set new standards in the country. Nicknamed the 'Teletruck' because of its maneuverable telescopic boom, the forklift has been designed and manufactured by JCB, one of the world's top manufacturers of heavy equipment. Its unique construction allows it to reach higher than ever, while requiring a smaller crew to run and carrying larger loads than regular forklifts. The Teletruck also offers multiple modes of operation, and is exponentially safer than anything else currently on the market. "The Teletruck is going to be hugely popular with companies that have warehousing operations and such," said a representative of Mannai HED. The Teletruck has, in fact, already found customers in Qatar, including the Nabina Kitchen & Door Factory, which is part of the Qatar's Nabina Trading Establishment.
"So far, we're thrilled with the performance of the Teletruck," said a Nabina representative, "It can reach as high as 13 feet, which is higher than any other forklift in its class, and yet it doesn't require two men to stand on the forks to support the load like on conventional forklifts. That not only makes it safer, but minimizes our crew requirements as well." He continued: "And the best part is that the forks can easily be replaced by a bucket to expand the utility of the Teletruck"
The new Teletruck also offers the added benefit of being able to carry heavier loads than other forklifts. Built by JCB, which produces more than 160 different models of machinery in some of the world's finest engineering factories across 5 continents, the Teletruck has a distinguished pedigree.
"To the best of our knowledge, none of our competitors carry anything in the league of the Teletruck," confided a Mannai HED executive. "Our strong partnership with JCB allows us to bring this unique offering to the Qatari market, and we're sure it's going to be a very popular choice for many companies."
When asked if the Teletruck met all the specifications and requirements of the company, the Nabina represented had this to say: "It carries heavier loads to greater heights while minimizing crew and maximizing safety, so what's not to like! Besides, by past experience we know that the after sales service of Mannai HED is unmatched in Qatar, so there's all the more reason to opt for the JCB Teletruck."
