Dubai, November 13, 2012: Lootah Hotel Management (LHM) has introduced for the first time in the UAE, Gramo, a unique hospitality model that combines UAE's rich culture of hospitality and the LHM's move towards a sustainable future. Gramo is a very big step forward by the LHM in terms of waste management.

Located in the Global Village, the first Gramo restaurant proves to be an apt place for dining among the festivities and fun featuring different countries.

Gramo displays a very unique concept of pay-by-the-gram so as to make the consumer aware of the tremendous wastage of food that happens otherwise at buffet type settings. By this concept, the guest becomes conscious right from the first step itself while he/she is serving the food so as to avoid wastage towards the end of the meal.
