Dubai: 20 July 2009 - Lloyds TSB Middle East, part of the Lloyds Banking Group, today announced the appointment of Richard Musty as the new Head of it's Middle East business.

Tony Wilcox, Head of Lloyds Banking Group's Expatriate Banking business said:

Richard previously held the position of Consumer Banking Director at Lloyds TSB Middle East. During his 27 year career with the Group, Richard has held many senior roles including Regional Chief Executive for Lloyds TSB in Asia, Island Director for Lloyds TSB in Guernsey, Head of Offshore Personal Banking and Head of the Offshore Treasury & International business. 

Commenting on his appointment, which begins with immediate effect, Richard Musty said:
