Raya distribution introduced a new service for all Nokia mobile phones guaranteed by Raya. The service covers replacement of damaged parts during the first year and includes a life time maintenance service.

These services are offered by Raya maintenance service centers which cover various parts of Egypt. The largest of which is Naser City's 500-square-meter service center. The center is designed according to Nokia specifications and is capable of handling more than 10,000 phones per month through its highly trained engineers and technicians team.

Ayman El Baz, Managing Director of Raya Distribution, said that Raya has automated the maintenance service process to guarantee high level of service efficiency. El Baz said that the center is designed especially to make sure that Raya's customers get the best service.

Raya Distribution, a subsidiary of Raya Holding, has developed a reputation of providing a highly competitive service that is derived from Raya's customer oriented philosophy.
