Beirut, January 16 2014 - Endeavor, the non-profit organization leading the global movement supporting High-Impact Entrepreneurs, selected Mohamad Arayssi and Maha Arayssi Rifai, founders of natural skincare and cosmetics company Beesline, to join its global network of entrepreneurs. The selection took place at Endeavor's 51st International Selection Panel (ISP) held in Dubai UAE, in December 2013. Mohamad and Maha Arayssi are the 14th and 15th Endeavor Lebanon Entrepreneurs.

Founded in 1993, Beesline provides beauty conscious consumers natural and effective skincare and beauty products derived from bee by-products for the health- and beauty-conscious consumers. The company develops and manufactures products in its state-of-the-art facilities in Lebanon.  It sells them primarily through supermarkets and pharmacies across the region in addition to its retail outlet in Beirut. Beesline is well positioned to grow in line with the personal care market in the Middle East, which represents 9% of the $345 billion global market and growing.

The entrepreneurs were chosen at a panel held in Dubai, which also marked the official launch of a new Endeavor affiliate in the UAE. Panelists ranged from Silicon Valley venture capital executives to business leaders from 11 countries drawn from Endeavor's extensive global network. As a result, 28 High-Impact Entrepreneurs were selected, allowing growth opportunities for 20 leading companies from Argentina, Brazil, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Jordan, Lebanon, Mexico, Miami, Morocco, Turkey and the UAE.

The ISP is the culmination of a rigorous multi-step selection process. At the ISP, top local and international business leaders interview candidates about their businesses and high-impact potential, and then vote on whether or not candidates become Endeavor Entrepreneurs. Post-selection, Endeavor provides entrepreneurs with customized services, including introductions to local and international business mentors and volunteers from Fortune 500 consulting firms. Endeavor Entrepreneurs have had a significant track record of creating thousands of jobs and building sustainable growth models in their home countries. To date, Endeavor supports 11 entrepreneurial businesses in Lebanon, out of 558 businesses in 19 countries around the world.
