Amman, Jordan: Leaders Center, the elite electronics and electrical megastore, conducted a training session to its staff members in order to familiarize them with HiSense TVs and home appliances. The training was conducted during the first week of July and took place at Leaders Center training hall.
The training addressed wide ranging topics in relation to HiSense products' features, and included role play exercises, training materials, daily quizzes and on the ground training. This aimed at equipping Leaders' staff with the needed knowledge and skills to better serve Leaders' customers.
Reaffirming Leaders commitment to employ the best of staff, Mr. Ali Murad, Leaders CEO said: "Our staff members are our representatives.
