Mouth-watering temptations delight guests at the final cooking session before Ramadan

Dubai, UAE, October 24th , 2004 - To mark the end of its first series of cooking classes, Kraft Kitchen recently hosted a mouth-watering luncheon for Dubai's elite ladies. The four-course meal offered the executives' wives an opportunity to devour creative recipes featuring Kraft Cheddar Cheese and Dream Whip cream.

A delectable display of Kraft Kitchen recipes from this season's sessions received plenty of applause from the guests as the chefs showcased their final spread.

The event marked the climax of the current Kraft Kitchen series. Classes will be suspended during the holy month of Ramadan.

Run in cooperation with Marrakech restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel, whose chefs developed and demonstrated the creative and delightful recipes, the Kraft Kitchen has delivered a weekly culinary feast of tasty appetizers, main courses and desserts to Dubai's aspiring hostesses. Following its successful launch, the journey into the Kraft Kitchen led guests not only into the secrets of good cooking but also into the complex art of home entertainment.

"We are pleased with the overwhelming response generated by the Kraft Kitchen. We designed these weekly sessions with the hostess in mind - to give her all the handy tips she needs to successfully entertain and impress her guests," said Paul O'Neill, Senior Brand Manager, Cheddar Cheese, GCC. "Kraft Kitchen and Marrakech restaurant have worked together to present innovative and mouth-watering recipes using Kraft Cheddar Cheese and Dream Whip, and in our upcoming sessions after Ramadan, we will continue to do so."

"Being creative is what makes a great chef, which is why we have so enjoyed preparing these dishes using cheddar cheese, an ingredient most consumers tend not to experiment with in their cooking. At Kraft Kitchen at the Marrakech restaurant, we show them how to make impressive and tasty dishes," said Chef Driss Daabaz of Marrakech restaurant.

Hoda Abou Ltaif, a guest at the elite ladies Kraft Kitchen luncheon, added, "The demonstration at Kraft Kitchen made it all look so easy and quick. I entertain regularly, and I'm definitely going to try the napkin folding techniques I learned at the class."

Although the Kraft Kitchen will be closed during Ramadan, it is open for any communication. Please contact the organizers on 04-3676170 or via email at kraft_kitchen@hotmail.com.
