The real estate advisory teams are spearheaded by one of the Senior Partners at the firm Shehzad Jamal, who has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance (equity & intangible asset valuation and restructuring), real estate and alternative asset segments. Shehzad has undertaken assignments in various geographies including GCC countries, Egypt, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Kenya and UK.

As a result of how successfully Shehzad established the firms Middle East Healthcare and Education departments in the market, he also now leads the firm’s UAE Real Estate Advisory business supported by a robust team which has gone from strength to strength, even in challenging market conditions over the last 18 months.
