17 January 2012, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Kingsgate Hotel Abu Dhabi, part of the Millennium & Copthorne hotel group, is starting the new year by announcing the appointment of Mashhour Al Refai to General Manager.

Joining Kingsgate Abu Dhabi as its new General Manager, Mashhour Al Refai brings with him a passion for hospitality and more than 19 years of experience in the industry.

Commenting on his new challenge, Mashhour said:

Mashhour is of Jordanian origin and knows the region, its travellers and their requirements very well. In his new position, he will be leading the business strategy of the hotel, as well as look after all operations, including guest and associate satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation - ultimately delivering a return on investment to the hotel's owners.
