Riyadh, KSA - Currently under construction, University Towers is a new landmark development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia located at the corner of King Abdallah and King Khaled Road (Salboukh) on an L-shaped lot separating King Saud University from the adjacent neighborhood. The project shall be owned by King Saud University (KSU) Business Sector and is to serve as an endowment funding King Saud University's long term development.

The project shall be owned by King Saud University (KSU) Business Sector and is to serve as an endowment funding King Saud University's long term development.
The project comprises eleven separate buildings and towers that include a state of the art Convention Center, Shopping Mall and a 50-storey 7-star luxury hotel. It also includes a Medical Center, a 250-key 5-star hotel, two Hotel Suites buildings and five Office buildings of varying height and size. The total built-up area of the project is approximately 680,000 sqm and was designed with key sustainability factors taken into consideration.
