King Koil, the leader in mattress industry in the Middle East has unveiled a new concept in Mattress retailing. King Koil brand is manufactured and marketed in the Middle East by Dubai Furniture Manufacturing Co.LLC (DFMC).
DFMC was the pioneer in launching Pillow Top mattress systems, Box Top mattress systems, Adjustable Beds etc. DFMC took the lead by launching company owned retail outlets in the Middle East, thus providing the customers not only the unique shopping experience in a specially created ambience but also a unique customer service which will validate the fact that 'Customer is the King'.
DFMC entered mattress retailing when it pioneered the concept of Bed Quarters in the 90s. It saw the emergence of a new era in mattress retailing and the end beneficiaries were the end customers.
While Bed Quarters was a revolution in itself, now DFMC is again creating history by introducing a concept called the 'Star Collection' in retailing. Through this concept, the premium mattresses which have been supplied to the hospitality segment are re-created and presented for the regular retail customers. The mattress models which have enticed the prestigious hospitality clientele have been re-crafted, so that retail customers can have a personalized experience of the ambience and feel which they would get while visiting such prestigious hospitality properties.
The Star Collection concept has been launched in DFMC's brand new showroom at Sheikh Zayed Road. This showroom also features a unique collection called the Silk Collection along with the Star Collection.
