Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced the launching of voice service using speech recognition technology, which makes it the first bank in the Middle East to offer this service in English and Arabic languages. This service allows users to make banking, commercial, and real estate operations over the phone.
Call Center Department Manager at KFH Meshaal Al-Obaid stated that the service can understand several dialects, in addition to English and Arabic. In addition, the service allows smooth surfing from one service menu to the other through voice service only. He went on to explain that KFH presented this service to Al-Awlaweyya and Al-Tamayyuz clients, before deciding to widen the scale of clients who can use this service.
Moreover, Al-Obaid stressed that the new service cements KFH's leadership in implementing new, advanced technology, in order to offer its clients world-class services and numerous options to manage their accounts around the clock from any part of the world, using KFH's safe electronic channels.
