Kuwait: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) customers benefit from purchasing and receiving Gold biscuits(10grams) and instant cheque printing services that the Bank has recently launched.

In line with its strategy of digital transformation, KFH offers such digital services to enhance customers experience and fulfill their requirements and needs around the clock, easily, simply and safely, under the slogan “New Generation of Easy Banking Services”.

In 9 different areas in Kuwait, customers can visit the nearest KFH Go branch to purchase and receive the gold biscuit (10 grams) immediately by using the ATM machines or calling KFH “ALLO BAITEK”.

For instant cheque printing, customers can visit the nearest KFH Go self- banking station, request and print a cheque book of 10 leaves by video conference with KFH agent.

KFH is keen on constantly improving its digital banking solutions, especially that the bank has uniquely rolled out innovative services that can be completed online and via mobile using robotics, AI, XTMs and the smart branches KFH Go. This contributed to adding value to the customer`s experience, confirming that the easy banking services encourage customers to use KFHOnline in their transactions.

KFH offers online financial solutions, including local and telex financial transfers, opening deposits, adding beneficiaries, balance inquiry, cheque book request, opening KFH gold account, conducting gold transactions (purchase, sell and trade), requesting financing, opening an account, applying for Al Khair card, and checking the PINs for credit and debit cards.
