Kuwait Finance House in Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) announced that the bank has sent 12 distinguished high school students to France for the seventh consecutive year to attend a two-week intensive training course with French scientific, political, and economy icons. The students will also visit factories and major companies to speak with their owners; in addition to visiting prestigious scientific institutions. This step comes as part of the bank's plan to develop the skills of youths, and to expose them to the different civilizations of other countries and people through visits and scientific trips.

Meanwhile, the bank announced that it has trained a group of high school students that are part of 'Takween' program that is offered by the Ministry of Education in Bahrain. This program focuses on the fields of education and training at work locations for a short period of time. This step underlines the bank's keenness to shoulder its social responsibility related to education, not to mention that it reflects the bank's commitment to Bahrain's economy vision in 2030 regarding initiatives taken to improve education. Such steps will allow Bahraini youths to gain experience and skills necessary to succeed in practical life.

Furthermore, 'Takween' is considered to be an innovative education system that introduces high school students to the labor market. It also guarantees that students of the industrial field will be trained efficiently to succeed in their jobs. The program uses a group of copybooks that each trainee must complete during work, and every copybook offers the core of the training course required for certain tasks.
