Dubai's skyline prepares for another dramatic addition from prolific architects, WS Atkins

Dubai, 11 October, 2004: A prestigious residential and commercial development designed by internationally renowned architects, WS Atkins of the Burj Al Arab fame, was launched today in Dubai.
