Amman: ITEC, a leading provider of Electronic Document Management (EDM), Business Process Management (BPM) and Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions, recently organized a training program for its regional partners across the Levant and GCC.

The two-day training program, which was held at ITEC's head office in Amman, aimed at providing ITEC's partners with intensive training on the latest technologies in Electronic Document Management, Business Process Management and Customer Communication Management thus empowering partners to render higher service levels to their clients . 

Commenting on the training, Mr. Jihad Jaljouli, ITEC's General Manager said: "ITEC enjoys a strong network of partners across the region. With this intensive training program we wanted to keep our partners abreast of the latest IT solutions offered at ITEC and discuss ways to optimize ITEC's solutions to meet the ever-changing business needs in the various regional markets."
