Dubai, 30th December, 2013:  Cox and Kings Global Services Italy Visa Application centre will move to 48 Burj Gate building located in Downtown area on Sheikh Zayed Road. The new location aims at serving its customers better, with ample visitor parking space and a larger seating area. The new visa application centre is just a few steps away from the Dubai Mall metro station.

"The opening of the new visa application centre is an important step in showcasing our continuous commitment towards better service for people traveling to Italy. The new centre is aimed at reducing the time spent by the applicants at the centre, ensuring a seamless submission process," commented Mr Sanjay Bhaduri - CEO, CKGS

Consul General of Italy Giovanni Favilli added: "We are committed to providing a visa application process that is stress free, clear and timely.  For many travellers the application centre is the first point of contact with our country and we want it to be as welcoming as Italy is. Effectiveness is also very important. Since we started our cooperation with CKGS in July 2013, we have nearly doubled the amount of applications processed compared with the same period in 2012."

The CKGS Italy Visa application Centre will open its new location to accept applications on the 29th of December 2013.

The Italy visa application centre is operated by Cox and Kings Global Services (CKGS). Applicants can book the appointment via web site www.it.ckgs.ae, toll free telephone number 800 ITALY (48259), web chat as well as email (italyvisa.dubai@ckgs.ae). Additionally, CKGS will continue to accept walk-in customers without an appointment, although the waiting time for those applicants might get extended.
