DUBAI, UAE, March 03, 2005 - Intel's 'Diverse Digital Domains' party, held in Dubai yesterday, opened new vistas in digital entertainment where it celebrated the launch of the latest Intel Centrino mobile technology for notebook PCs, combined with the Dubai launch of Compost Records*, a London based alternative club culture music label. The party's theme was chosen to highlight the features of Intel's new mobile platform, which is packed with entertainment features ranging from blazing-fast graphics to better responsiveness and support for greater security options - without compromising important capabilities such as integrated wireless LAN access and great battery life.

In addition to Compost's tunes; the presence of Beirut's Djette L, the live digital art on video performance by the UK's VJ Buzzard Buzzard, and the Intel Mobile Experience Lounge- a futuristic space dedicated to technology-helped immerse guests in a series of audio-visual experiences to represent the new digital entertainment capabilities that are now available to mainstream computer users. Organised by 9714, a progressive arts and events promotion company based in Dubai, Diverse Digital Domains flagged off at 9:00 pm at the M-Level at Hilton Dubai Creek, continuing until the early hours of the morning, and was attended by representatives from media business, and social circles, as well as young urban professionals from all walks of life
