Mr. Sunil Jaiswal, CEO, Sumansa Exhibitions-Organisers of Indian Property Show said, "Many buyers now days want to make use of the pre-launch prices being offered by developers to secure a low entry price point now and to gain higher premiums later. There is an increased demand for such properties, the primary advantage of investing in a pre-launch deal is the price, as the entry point is low and property yields 18-25% during project implementation stage itself. The buyer should find out the potential for price appreciation from the pre-launch offer price to the future. While considering a pre-launch option, it is certainly necessary to establish the trustworthiness of the builder. This includes investigating his track record for transparent dealings and compliance with legal formalities, his overall track record for timely project completions and the magnitude of experience he has had in the industry. Established builders with good reputations in the local market are generally safer bets".
"Gulf NRIs have always contributed significantly to the Indian economy whether it is remittances or investments in properties. Overall NRIs make up 25% of our business. In addition, NRIs in GCC countries including Qatar are constantly looking for appropriate property investment opportunities both for end use as well as investment purpose. As a sizeable Indian population lives and works in Qatar, we felt the need to have an arrangement with Doha Bank to cater to this segment, said Santosh Tandel, Regional Head - MENA Region, Indiabulls.
Some of the developers at the show are: Indiabulls, Jaypee Greens, Wave Infratech, Purvanchal, Brigade Group, Purvankara, Ansal Housing , Ozone Group, Arun Excello, Kalpataru, Ishwar Parmar Group, Achalare Rachna, South India Shelters etc. Featuring affordable to luxury and from investment to commercial spaces, developers will be showcasing apartments, villas, row houses, commercial, retail properties and farm land from across India from cities like Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Kochi and more.
