Dubai, UAE, January 12, 2010: With a never ending list of world first superlatives, Dubai was once again treated to a skyline spectacle as one of the world's largest mobile cranes lifted the soon-to-open iFLY Dubai's two wind tunnels.
Majid Al Futtaim Leisure's terra firma freefall facility is currently taking shape at Mirdif City Centre and will be operational when the mall opens this year.
The gigantic crane, lifted the two identical clear acrylic tunnels (3 meters diameter X 10 metres high) and transported them through the roof of the mall for installation within Playnation.
This dynamic entertainment attraction, iFLY Dubai, which will be part of Majid Al Futtaim Leisure's Playnation at Mirdif City Centre, will allow people of all ages to safely and comfortably skydive indoors.
