Dubai, UAE: International Customer Loyalty Programmes (ICLP) continues growing their team of loyalty marketing specialists in Dubai with the appointments of Bindu Menon and Andrew Goldstein, as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager respectively.
Bindu is an MBA graduate with over 12 years of experience in marketing and communications at a variety of global organisations, including Emirates Airlines, Promoseven RM, OgilvyOne, LOWE Personal and HTA. Her expertise encompasses integrated marketing, database marketing, qualitative research and management support for a wide array of industries, ranging from Airlines and FMCG to Express Logistics and Hospitality. Bindu's proven proficiency will assist ICLP in managing, directing and developing communication strategies for an expanding list of clientele.
Andrew joins ICLP from his previous position as Associate Consultant, Commerce Division in Links Recruitment Limited, Hong Kong. A Bachelor of Arts from the Bond University in Australia, Andrew is a recipient of the Publicis Advertising Award for highest GPA and has worked at Communications Central and Euro RSCG Worldwide, both in Hong Kong.
In addition to the above appointments, ICLP is also happy to announce the promotion of Salman Mankani from Account Director to Client Services Director and Priyanka Lakhani from Head of IT & Projects to Loyalty Planning Director.
