i2 gives 2 million SR of gold to three lucky customers

Jeddah, KSA - i2, the region's largest and most diverse mobile phone provider, celebrated the close of its two month Summer Gold Promotion with three winning customers during a grand prize ceremony at the i2 outlet in Al Sultan Mall in Jeddah.

The grand prize of 15kg gold, worth over one million riyals, was awarded to Ahmed Abdullah Ali Hussein from Al Madinah Al Munawarah.  Ruwaida Hassan Martaa from Jeddah and Ahmed Masoud from Riyadh walked away with 3kg gold each for purchasing a mobile device from any i2 outlet across the Kingdom, during the promotional summer period.

"We are pleased with the success of this promotional campaign and the response we got from our customers. The brilliance of this campaign is that our customers won for purchasing a mobile phone they planned to get regardless of the promotion, which is something the winners really appreciated," said Abdul Hameed Al Sunaid, President and CEO, i2.

The gold bonanza was launched on July 21st and ended today with the announcement of its three lucky winners. With Ramadan around the corner, i2 plans to continue its momentum with generous promotional campaigns throughout the holy month.
