Riyadh, November 29th 2011 - The Human Resource Development Fund is a key body in the increased push by the private sector to effectively implement Saudisation. They have become one of the most effective mechanisms in the Kingdom for preparing well trained and qualified Saudis - both men and women - to adapt to the challenges ahead in the job market.

HRDF has also announced their support for the upcoming Saudi Conference for SMEs and Entrepreneurs. In conjuction with their support, Ibrahim Moaiqel, Director General of the Human Resource Development Fund, is speaking at the conference.

The two-day platform is under the Patronage of and to be opened by HRH Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Governor of Riyadh. It is taking place on December 4th and 5th 2011 in Riyadh and co-organised by leading French business information group naseba - together with the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
"The support of HRDF - particularly given their huge role in promoting the private sector - highlights the importance and significance of this initiative in the Kingdom. We are grateful for their participation in our quest to help promote Saudi Arabian SMEs and Entrepreneurs," explained Managing Director of naseba, Fabien Faure.
The two days have also piqued the interest of several leading regional organisations. SABB have been confirmed as the Platinum Sponsor of the event, whilst Bank Al Bilad and Saudi Hollandi Bank are participating as Gold Sponsors.
There are vast opportunities for the local SME and entrepreneur community in the Kingdom, but the challenge to turn ideas into reality remains a considerable one - a challenge that applies regardless of where you are located in the world. With the assistance of HRDF, together with a host of other distinguished speakers and partners, the conference aims to address these challenges to determine a path for positive private sector growth in the Kingdom.--END-- Note to editors: The event website is www.kingdomentrepreneurship.com
