Manama, Bahrain: Huawei, a leading global ICT solutions provider, has signed a partnership agreement with NGN Training Center, a part of multinational systems integrator NGN Group, to train a wide range of Bahrainis by 2019. The partnership aims to develop the ICT skills of Bahrainis, broaden their career possibilities through Huawei Professional Certifications.
Bahraini students, graduates and professionals can avail of the training courses that will be conducted by Huawei-certified NGN trainers at the NGN Training Center licensed by Bahrain’s Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor and Social Development and approved by Tamkeen, Bahrain’s Labor Market Reform Fund. The center offers a wide range of ICT, management, soft skills, business and VR/AR trainings. NGN Training Center leverages NGN's Group global expertise in IT, systems integration and project implementation, to deliver practical experience and knowledge to students.

As part of this agreement, Huawei will provide “Training the Trainer to Train” (TTT) programs, courseware, certificates, and E-lab access.
Huawei has long been a supporter of the Kingdom’s ICT agendas. Last year, Huawei launched an on-the-job internship training program for undergraduates. Students engaged in training under the supervision of Huawei professional mentors, where they were taught in marketing, procurement, and logistics, as well as various ICT-heavy domains, including managed services, web applications and IT.
