HSBC recently opened a new customer service centre at Dubai Mall. The centre was jointly inaugurated by Abdulfattah Sharaf, CEO of Personal Financial Services, HSBC Middle East and Keith Bradley, Regional Head of Commercial Banking, HSBC Middle East.
The Dubai Mall centre is the newest addition to HSBC's distribution network dedicated to serving the personal financial needs of the bank's retail clients. Customers can apply for a wide range of products and non-cash services at the Centre such as open new accounts; apply for credit cards and loans as well as for personal insurance products. In addition a 24 hour self service lobby comprising of ATM, cash and cheque deposit machines is available for deposits and withdrawals.
Abdulfattah Sharaf commented, "This recent expansion demonstrates our commitment to increasing the level of customer support we want to provide and is the vote of confidence in our business in the Dubai market. Our customer centres provide great value, convenience and choice to the customer.
