EMBA participants learn from top-level faculty and benefit from the international and professional diversity of fellow participants who bring comprehensive knowledge and expertise from a range of industries.

The HEC Paris EMBA offers a special focus on strategy, leadership and the global business environment to ensure that participants gain comprehensive, innovative, and applicable knowledge and skills that they can adapt to their specific roles and which will benefit their organizations.

The curriculum consists of three key components: 11 core courses in business covering key business areas, an industry or thematic specialization, and a final strategic business project (Capstone project). There are eight specializations for participants to choose from, allowing them to specialize in a field of their choice. These majors are Aerospace & Aviation, Entrepreneurship - Project Accelerator, Differentiation & Innovation through Services, Digital Transformation of Businesses, Energy, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Luxury, and Innovation & Social Business.

The Capstone Project is a comprehensive exercise where participants must demonstrate their ability to address, analyze and resolve an issue of strategic importance to an organization, from the perspective of the senior management.
