The help desk team will be a client's first contact for technical assistance and will offer web and email support to resolve problems through out the region. Utilizing an advanced ticketing platform, all technical support requests will be assigned a relevant priority ranging from critical to normal and Habl will resolve them according to customer centric procedures it has put in place.
