In an attempt to have direct interaction with its customers and understand their needs better, the top management team at Shell Oman Marketing Company SAOG undertook a unique exercise in Salalah recently. This was done through a Mega Oil-Change programme on the 5th August 2004 at Shell Greenline Service Station in Salalah.
The Oil Change Programme was conducted to tie-in with the Company's ongoing participation in the Khareef Celebrations. The offer-helped motorists to get Shell Helix oil change and rely on professional auto care. What's more, the promotion offered free oil filters, nil service charges, refreshments and also a surprise gift for all the participants.
"The response to the promotion was really overwhelming. Residents of Dhofar and car owners from far corners of Oman and GCC countries who had driven down to Salalah during Khareef participated in great numbers," said a representative of Shell Oman Marketing Company.
